Tessa Rose Jackson and Darius Timmer are award-winning film composers and indie artists working from London or Amsterdam - depending on the time of the year. They team up regularly to make bespoke music for film, TV, podcast, trailers and commercials and specialise in bridging the gap between score and soundtrack, creating not only the instrumental backbone to a film but matching it with the perfect songs.
Another thing they share is a love of storytelling. Through music. Through film. Composing in close collaboration with a filmmaker, to create the perfect marriage of sound and image and to help tell a powerful story.
They also write and record dreamy indie albums together, under Tessa Rose Jackson. With their five-piece band they have toured through Europe and the UK, and their records have been met with critical acclaim.
